Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on May 19, 2023, found that Angels Are Us Home Health Agency, LLC., had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on March 10, 2023.
